A: Simply bring your card and receipt to Customer Service within one week and we will credit your reward account for that purchase.
Q:How much is shipping and handling?
A: Our new Program now includes FREE shipping with orders of 500 points or more! (Add 140 points to cover shipping if order is less than 500 points.)
Q: Why do you need my email address?
A: Emails are sent approximately once a month to update you on your Rewards Account Balance, give you SPECIAL OFFERS and to notify you of program ending dates. Be sure to add cvsfamilyfoods@mbrewards.com to your address book or safe list so you don’t miss out on valuable information. We promise to never share your email address or overwhelm your inbox.
Q:What if I lose my card?
A: It's easy! Pick up a new card. You can add up to four cards to your account. If your lost card has been registered your points are protected (see back panel).
